Including the first opening in new market, Angeles City, IWG will be introducing 12 new locations in the country in less than a year.ย
Regus Nepo Centreย at Angeles, Pampanga will span across 1,292 sqm and is set to open its doors in Q2 2024. Bringing the full breadth of IWG’s world-class facilities to the new market of Pampanga, Regus Nepo is one of six new Philippine centers to open by July 2024.ย
HQ Triumph Buildingย will introduce a new 700 sqm modern workspace to Quezon City. Similarly,ย HQ Mahi Centerย in Cebu will provide a 1,000 sqm working environment, including modern private offices, dynamic meeting rooms, and coworking areas.ย
With all the amenities customers could need at their fingertips, the impressiveย Spaces PNB Makati Centreย is opening 2,050 sqm at the Penthouse of the PNB building, in partnership with PNB Holding Corp., City.ย
Also set to open in the first half of next year are two state-of-the-art locations,ย Regus AMA Tower Residencesย โ a 336 sqm hybrid workspace, designed for limitless creativity and productivity, in Mandaluyong City โ andย Regus Dona Elena Towerย โ an 840 sqm modern workspace for the businesses and entrepreneurs of Manila.ย ย
As the demand for hybrid working rapidly accelerates, IWG will introduce a 987-sqm center atย Regus Adriatico Squareย in Manila and a 1,610 sqm flexible workspace atย Regus PMI Towerย in Makati next year. Providing creative and sustainable workspaces, both new locations will offer vibrant co-working areas, as well as customizable private offices and meeting rooms.ย
This year, IWG already launched five new Regus locations across the Philippines, including:ย Regus Downtownย in Cagayan de Oro,ย Regus Colours Town Centerย in Las Pinas City,ย Regus Festive Walk Mallย in Iloilo,ย Regus Triumph Squareย in Quezon City, andย Regus The Garden by Pacificย Ace in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.ย
