IWG, the world’s largest provider of hybrid working solutions with brands including Regus, HQ and SPACES, has announced the upcoming opening of eight new locations in the Philippines in 2024. Including the first opening in new market, Angeles City, IWG will be introducing 12 new locations in the country in less than a year.

Regus Nepo Centre at Angeles, Pampanga will span across 1,292 sqm and is set to open its doors in Q2 2024. Bringing the full breadth of IWG’s world-class facilities to the new market of Pampanga, Regus Nepo is one of six new Philippine centers to open by July 2024.
HQ Triumph Building will introduce a new 700 sqm modern workspace to Quezon City. Similarly, HQ Mahi Center in Cebu will provide a 1,000 sqm working environment, including modern private offices, dynamic meeting rooms, and coworking areas.
With all the amenities customers could need at their fingertips, the impressive Spaces PNB Makati Centre is opening 2,050 sqm at the Penthouse of the PNB building, in partnership with PNB Holding Corp., City.
Also set to open in the first half of next year are two state-of-the-art locations, Regus AMA Tower Residences – a 336 sqm hybrid workspace, designed for limitless creativity and productivity, in Mandaluyong City – and Regus Dona Elena Tower – an 840 sqm modern workspace for the businesses and entrepreneurs of Manila.
As the demand for hybrid working rapidly accelerates, IWG will introduce a 987-sqm center at Regus Adriatico Square in Manila and a 1,610 sqm flexible workspace at Regus PMI Tower in Makati next year. Providing creative and sustainable workspaces, both new locations will offer vibrant co-working areas, as well as customizable private offices and meeting rooms.
This year, IWG already launched five new Regus locations across the Philippines, including: Regus Downtown in Cagayan de Oro, Regus Colours Town Center in Las Pinas City, Regus Festive Walk Mall in Iloilo, Regus Triumph Square in Quezon City, and Regus The Garden by Pacific Ace in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

Through these new Regus, Spaces, and HQ openings, IWG’s Philippine network will now operate 34 locations nationwide.
With 4 out of 5 Filipinos preferring the hybrid work model – and flexible workspace solutions consistently increasing in popularity – Metro Manila’s office and cowork footprint has reached 239,000 sqm as of Q3 2023. This accounts for around 2% of the total leasable workspace in the country’s capital region.
