Casitas’ Rooms
After our first amazing food experience at San Diego, we were finally accompanied to our rooms via a minute-long golf cart ride. It’s actually walkable from the Main Clubhouse, but the Club aims to pamper their guests, so we rode the golf cart 🙂
Club Punta Fuego offers 33 units of 72 square-meter casitas (some of which are side by side and can be connected), 11 sea view rooms, 2 loft suites,a 25.83 square-meter garden view room and 2 inner rooms. For one, the Casitas have double queen beds, a SPACIOUS bathroom with mini garden (where you can hang your wet clothes), a work table and a couples’ table, and a balcony.
The suites cost around P6,000-P7,000 a night, while the Casitas (garden and sea view) are at around P7,000-P12,000 a night. Booking a room at the Club can’t be done through walk-in, though, because they want to assure a personalized experience. As such, advanced bookings are the ones only accepted.
We had two VERY SPACIOUS (connected) Casitas for our stay and we were greeted by a nice set of wine and fruits (as seen in the picture below). I felt like I was in a scene of Legal Wife with Nicole and Adrian’s “secret” meeting… Anyway, upon opening the door, I was in big awe of how luxurious yet simple the room was. It really is a great room for families or for couples who’d like to savor the place by themselves.
I also observed the bathroom, and again, I was in awe since it was so airy! The bathroom has an open-air pocket garden attached to it, but don’t fret for your privacy unless your friends plan to disturb you hahaha. Plus, their complimentary bathroom staples are not just any ordinary ones; they are L’Occitane! Just imagining pouring their shampoo on my head already felt luxurious.. (uhmm)

Dinner with Ms. Ronie Reyes, Punta Fuego’s Marketing Communications Manager, and Ms. Manelle Suyat of InFlight Magazine 🙂
After our intimate group dinner courtesy of San Diego, we finally went back to our room to check on our Facebook/Twitter accounts via their STRONG Wi-Fi connection and then had our good night’s sleep to wake up to a great sunny morning!
