Look who’s back! Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is once again set to rev up for its highly anticipated 4 Wheel Festival from October 17–19, 2025, and the 2 Wheel Festival from November 28–30, 2025, at the Clark International Speedway. The annual two-part festival celebrates the best of motorsports, lifestyle, and community, solidifying Clark International Speedway’s position as the Philippines’ premier motorsports racing circuit.
4 Wheel Festival
Building on this momentum, CIFOS Organizing Director Michaelson Lim says, “The 4 Wheel Festival promises a three-day immersive experience for automotive enthusiasts and families.” The event blends elite-level racing with a curated showcase of automotive culture through several unique activities:
-
PHIMOS Cup: The heart of the festival will be the official Philippine Motorsports Championship race series, where elite drivers will compete for glory and new champions will be crowned.
-
Tour d’Elegance: On October 18, an exclusive, invite-only car parade of rare classics and exotics will wind through Clark’s historical landmarks, culminating in a celebratory lap around the speedway.
-
Track Experience: Invited car groups will get the unique chance to drive their own vehicles on the legendary track in a guided, non-competitive session.
-
The Pitlane: This showcase zone will feature top automakers, aftermarket brands, and lifestyle gear, allowing fans to get closer to the brands that fuel their passion.
-
Rev & Dine: A unique culinary experience where the sound of roaring engines meets a curated selection of street eats and local flavors.
-
The Grid After Dark: The track transforms into a grand night car meet, welcoming all types of cars for an evening of community, music, and culture under the stars.
2 Wheel Festival
The 2 Wheel Festival, on the other hand, showcases the country’s vibrant motorcycle culture. The event brings together riders and enthusiasts for a weekend of thrilling activities, including a Motorcycle Parts and Accessories Display, a Bike Clubs Meet, a Track Experience, Motorcycle Shows, and Races.
The biggest highlight of the 2 Wheel Festival is the CIFOS Motorcycle Gypsy Tour, which in the past saw nearly 200 bikers from prominent clubs like Mad Dog Motorcycle Club, Ducati Philippines, and Yamaha Club participate in a grand parade from the Fort Stotsenburg Parade Grounds to the Speedway. The annual event is a powerful display of community and passion.
Kilton Motor Corporation (KMC), the organizer behind CIFOS, continuously commits to supporting both the car and motorcycle industries, recognizing their vital contributions to the nation’s economy and transportation.
KMC President Johnny Tan has previously stated, “The private sector and motorcycle industry can play a pivotal role in shaping the future by investing in rider education and training, embracing technological innovation, and fostering the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.”
