The City of Manila provided protection to its vendors in its public market against the spread of the new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Since the coronavirus can spread through droplets, it helps to wear face masks or other protective face gears.
In the City of Manila, the government office distributed acetate full ace shields to vendors selling in the public market.
