There was a lot more to this 1-day event including a cultural show, a trip to Aurora Filipino Cuisine and featured books like The Coconut Kitchen by Maria Regina “Regee” T. and The Malunggay Book by chefs Mon Urbano and Day Salonga.

This event was supported by Varinia Elero-Tinga of the Philippine Art Awards (PAA) and Ige Ramos (President, Culinary Historians of the Philippines).
