Cheescake lovers are in for a treat with the Santa Cruz Bibingka Cheesecake which recently won People’s Choice Award in The Ultimate Taste Test 2017 held in Glorietta.
Salted Duck Eggs from Victoria. The traditional way of making salted duck eggs in Victoria and Santa Cruz is by soaking the eggs in salt and clay- putik sa punso or ant/termite mounds for 15-18 days.

Aurora Filipino Cuisine’s Minanok – A traditional Laguna dish, which is puso ng saging slow-cooked in burnt coconut cream served with maruya or plantain fritters.
Ensaladang Santa Cruz (also from Aurora Filipino Cuisine), which is Ubud and Pako Salad with Bagoong Vinaigrette.
Tsokolate Eh Cake. Baker, Gel Salonga’s moist chocolate cake using tablea from Luisiana. Featured in CNN’s Something to Chew On.
Pure cacao tablea from Santa Maria and their oils.
There was a lot more to this 1-day event including a cultural show, a trip to Aurora Filipino Cuisine and featured books like The Coconut Kitchen by Maria Regina “Regee” T. and The Malunggay Book by chefs Mon Urbano and Day Salonga.
