A crowd favorite for her aura and confidence, the 23-year-old Ganados was named as The Face of Binibini (Miss Photogenic) and Best in Long Gown. Next to Vickie Rushton of Negros Occidental, Ganados also had the most likes on the Facebook page of the pageant before the Binibining Pilipinas competition. Fans were already confident that she would go home with the highest title at the end of the competition.

In the most awaited part of the competition, the Top 15 contenders were given only 30 seconds to answer in the Q&A portion. Read Gazini’s winning answer below.

Pageant judge Bobby Barreiro, Integrated Events Head of ABS-CBN, asked the 23-year-old Ganados: “If you win the crown tonight, what can you do to get more women in the workplace?”

This is her winning answer: “If I win the crown tonight, what I will do is to promote my advocacy. My advocacy is for us women to fight for our rights and for the elderly care and for us to be able to know that someone is loving and someone is pushing us to whatever ambitions that we have. We will be able to rise from our decisions to whatever dreams that we have, [the] goals that we have, and we will achieve it because of those values, those [pearls of] wisdom that they gave us.”

The five-foot-eight Tourism graduate from the University of San Jose-Recoletos emphasized on her advocacy for the elderly by improving their quality of life. Gazini reportedly grew up with her grandparents, which could be why she focused on the importance of taking care of the elderly.
