Former Miss Universe Catriona Gray posts on Instagram last March 16, asking for prayers during the COVID-19 crisis we are facing right now. She points out that it is easy now for people to have fear and feelings of anxiety because of isolation due to the virus.
In the Instagram post below, Catriona shares a photo of her with the caption saying she understands that many don’t have the ability to stay home because of people’s need to work and provide food for their families.

So many places in our world are so contrastingly empty now as we all stay in our homes in the interest of public safety. In isolation and uncertain times it's so easy for fear to overwhelm us and feelings of anxiety to creep in. I understand many of us don't have the ability to stay home because of the need to go to work to provide for our families and put food on the table. Many of our workers are still going out everyday to help in supplying food, services and especially, those who are tirelessly on the frontlines in all our medical centers and hospitals. Please join me in including them in your daily prayers, along with praying for wisdom for our leaders and praying for the quick progress of a vaccine and the health for all our nations. Wherever in the world you are take this as a time to draw close…to your loved ones, family and also to God. 🙏 #WereInThisTogether
She also talks about how food suppliers and people who work in the frontlines still need our help during these times.
