Of course, what better way to conclude a gastronomic experience than with dessert? Handcrafted by the owner herself, Cristina presents us with an array of sweets under her own brand. Many of her cakes have won Best Dessert awards in various publications including Philippine Daily Inquirer. Each personal cake features her unique chocolate butterfly trademark.
Sweet Bella Desserts
Mi Camille
With an almond praline crust as its base, this interesting combination of Belgian chocolate mousse and hazelnut and French biscuit is best complemented with a steamy cup of espresso. 🙂
Trio
Decadent but not at all sugary, this indulgent dessert is composed of tiers of coffee mousse, dark chocolate mousse, and white chocolate mousse. A chocolate lover’s dream cake come true.
Mango Cheesecake
Depending on what’s in season, Sweet Bella ‘s New York-style cheesecake (with a hint of lemon) is either topped with fresh strawberries from Baguio or fresh mangoes from Guimaras. If you’re wondering what that green marbling case is made of, it’s white chocolate molded to enclose all that indulgence.
Mangotier
I can’t explain how delicious this one-of-a -kind cake is. Not being a die-hard chocolate fan, this really won me over. That deceiving yellow outer layer is actually slivers of fresh Guimaras mangoes layered on top of each other.
Slice your fork through and the interior reveals an oven-baked cheesecake layered with a gelatinized mango mousse and mango coulis that literally all just melts into a happy medley in your mouth. Refreshing and not too sweet, I think I’ve found a new dessert worth craving for.
Sweet Bella also offers French Macarons in flavors like Lemon, Strawberry. Rose, Salted Caramel, Passion Fruit, White Coco and Coffee.

Our overall experience was very memorable. The service was great and the food even better.
