Carla Abellana is keeping things private—and a little playful—when it comes to talks about her rumored December wedding.
Speculations about the Kapuso actress tying the knot with her non-showbiz partner have been making the rounds online. The buzz grew after showbiz host and talent manager Ogie Diaz mentioned on his channel that Carla is allegedly set to marry a chief medical officer from a private hospital in Quezon City.

When asked by reporters about the rumored December ceremony, Carla said, “Kung totoo man po ‘yun o hindi, of course, that’s part of my private life, I would like to keep it private. I invoke my right [against] self-incrimination, so I refuse to say yes, I refuse to say no.”
Carla previously married actor Tom Rodriguez in 2021, but their marriage lasted only a few months. The two filed for divorce, which was finalized in June 2022. Since Tom is an American citizen, their divorce was later recognized by a Philippine court.
Whether or not a December wedding is truly in the works, Carla seems set on keeping her private life exactly that—private.
