Carla explained in the vlog that she adopted the two dogs who were rescued after their previous owner was found dead last September. The experience is said to have left the two dogs traumatized but she assured her followers that the dogs have already been rehabilitated.

Carla adopted the two dogs because she felt that her Jack Russell terrier named Patches needed companions. Still, it took a little while for her to decide and after needing enough time to grieve the death of her corgi in 2018.

The actress named her newly-adopted furbabies Wing and Fly, because of their eyes, which reminded her of her late pet Sunny’s.

With this experience, Carla encourages people to adopt. She emphasized that it feels great to give love and a new home to animals in need of a family.
