The UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP) is a service organization based in the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business at the University of the Philippines Diliman. We are committed to providing assistance to penultimate and graduating students of the university in launching their careers after college. We promote interaction between the students and corporate world and equip these students with professionalism through company tours and mentorships, skills workshops, and scholarship.
On its 29th year, the UP CAP hosts Career Fair 2017: Slay The Dragon, a university-wide internship and employment fair that brings under one roof the biggest names from various industries. Our doors are now open to students or fresh graduates outside the university. These students are given the chance to choose among a diverse set of companies, learn about various career opportunities, submit their resumes, and most of all, be a step near to fulfilling their dream jobs.
As one of the most-celebrated and most-anticipated career fair in the University, the UP CAP Career Fair prides itself in the highest form of career assistance to all its stakeholders – the companies and the students. This week-long recruitment event promises to deliver one-of-a-kind opportunities for participating companies and students, which one wouldn’t want to miss.
