The weekend was a day full of beauty and elegance as it marked the 2018 Miss World Philippines. 40 girls competed for the title through a series of events that led up to the coronation night that was held at the Mall of Asia Arena last October 7, 2018.

One of the hosts, who was a former beauty queen posted throwback photos of herself during her days of competing.

Ruffa was 1992’s Elite Look of the Year, 1993 Binibining Pilipinas World and then the 2nd runner-up at the Miss World 1993.

She also posted on Instagram Stories a photo of her during the National Costume Competition of the Miss World. Ruffa Gutierrez had remained one of the most beautiful faces in pageantry and in the showbiz industry. It’s been 25 years since her pageant days but during Miss World 2018, Ruffa showed the world that she still has the beauty and elegance to grace the beauty competition. Wearing a Michael Leyva creation, she hosted together with Actress Carla Abellana and Mr. World 2013 Francisco Escobar.
