Pangkat Paglaum is thrilled to announce that they are ready to sail again to Pamarawan! They successfully held the first part of their project’s implementation—a seminar exploring entrepreneurship, product development, and social media marketing. The seminar took place on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at the Pamarawan Covered Court. The seminar and the subsequent events from Pangkat Paglaum aim to increase the visibility and media presence of Pamarawan. Keynote speakers included Mr. Michael Angelo C. Carlos, who spoke on entrepreneurship, and Ms. Margaret Cabardo, a member of Pangkat Paglaum, who led the discussion on product development.
The group will return to the Island of Pamarawan on November 10, 2024, to host “Lutuan sa Pamarawan!”—a cooking competition where participants will have the chance to win cash prizes. The following Sunday, November 17, 2024, will mark the final day of implementation, with the group giving away donations and raffle prizes.
Project Paglaum is more than just an NSTP project; it’s a movement towards sustainable livelihood.
