To start off, we had Greek Salad. How could you go wrong with Greek Salad?
Greek Salad (PhP190)
The fresh greens, feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil marry the perfect amount of texture and flavor. I love how this dish tasted so fresh, unlike other commercially produced salads. The salad also went well with the Dip Platter (PhP300), which consists of hummus, baba ghanoush, Tzatziki, olives, and pita.
Dip Platter (PhP300)
My favorite from the three dips was the baba ghanoush! I was surprised to find out that it was made from cooked eggplant and various seasonings.
Mixed Grill Platter (PhP500)
The Mixed Grill Platter (PhP500) is good for two people. The dish consists of Wagyu beef cubes, kebab, and chicken breast skwerers with pita and fries. I automatically tasted the spices as I indulged in the marinated beef kebab. It also matched the pita and the tzatziki dip.
Garides Saganaki (PhP280)
Since most Pinoys can’t live without rice, the Garides Saganaki (PhP280) may just be perfect for you. This dish consisted of fresh shrimps in red sauce topped with Feta and served with pilaf (rice cooked in seasoned broth).
Moussaka (PhP150)
Moussaka (PhP150) is traditional Greek food. Ayse said, “It’s like Adobo here in the Philippines.” Moussaka is made from layered potatoes, eggplant, wagyu beef, tomato sauce and a thick layer of bechamel. Yummm! I loved the bechamel because it was so light and creamy!
Baklava (PhP 150)
To top of our Mediterranean experience, we had Baklava (PhP 150) for dessert. Baklava is a sweet pastry made of layers of phyllo filled with sweetened pistachios topped with syrup.
