Ben&Ben Expands TTAD Universe with Immersive Storytelling Experience

A year after releasing their third studio album The Traveller Across Dimensions (TTAD), the country’s biggest folk-pop band, Ben&Ben, is taking it to the next level by expanding the TTAD universe and giving it more tangible manifestations in the real world.

The album, which was awarded Album of the Year at this year’s Awit Awards, includes notable hits such as Autumn, Could Be Something, and Triumph, which also won Best Performance by a Group Artist.

Last month, the band released an e-book companion to the TTAD album, telling the full story of Liwanag, the titular character from a race of inter-dimensional beings called Travellers. Her goal is to reach the Duyan Dimension—a place where all Travellers are believed to achieve perpetual inner peace.

In her journey, she passes through three Dimensions: Light, symbolizing innocence; Energy, representing struggle; and Feel, embodying maturity. Along the way, she writes 12 songs that reflect her experiences in each Dimension. In every step she takes, she tries to answer a fundamental question: “How must we live?” After many adventures and both good and bad experiences, she finally reaches the Duyan Dimension, her ultimate destination.

Liwanag’s songs—the 12 tracks in the TTAD album—mirror the personal and musical growth of the band members over the past several years, showcasing their journey as individuals, songwriters, and musicians. While the songs narrate the TTAD story, the companion e-book provides deeper context and storytelling.

To make the TTAD universe even more tangible, the band is launching the Traveller Plush Series, featuring four characters from the TTAD lore. These are advocacy-driven collectibles inspired by the story’s core message of being “Present with love.”
