“What a great day cause I was in Good Day LA for Meet Greet and Bye,” she captioned her post.
Upon being asked by host Amanda Salaas why she wanted to be a part of the film, she shared that she was fascinated by the story because it powerfully represents Filipino family values.
“I think us Filipinos really have a good sense of family values, and that’s what really caught my heart,” she told Amanda.
The young actress also expressed how proud she is of this film and the message it wants to share with its audience.
“It means a lot, especially that I’m doing this movie. I feel like now is the best time for us to raise our flag and be proud… be a proud Pinay,” she said.
“I hope that once we watch this movie, we don’t take our loved ones for granted. I hope it brings us closer to one another and just put more value in one another,” she added.
She also talked about how their upcoming film is a universal story that audiences can resonate with.
“It’s a universal story. I think a family’s love is universal; everyone can relate to it. A mother’s connection to their kids is something everyone can relate to,” she shared.
“Meet, Greet & Bye” is a highly anticipated family drama film that features an ensemble cast, top-billed by Maricel Soriano, Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, JK Labajo, and Belle Mariano. The film is directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the director behind hit family-centric films “Four Sisters and a Wedding” and “Seven Sundays.”
The film is set to premiere on November 12, 2025.
