Belift Lab, the agency behind ENHYPEN and ILLIT, is searching for aspiring music producers!

Belift Lab announced on March 4 that it will hold a global audition for music producers specializing in pop genres, titled “2025 Next New Creator with Belift Lab,” from March 10 to April 10. Aspiring contestants aged 18 and above may apply individually or as a team through the “New Next Creator” official website.
Applicants must submit two to five demo tracks, either with a completed melody or as instrumental tracks. The label also noted that composers, lyricists, arrangers, guide vocalists, and sample usage must be credited appropriately.
Individuality and unique style are the key focus of this year’s audition. The preliminary round will be conducted through an internal evaluation by Belift Lab, and those who pass will advance to the final individual round.
The finalist will receive a creative support fund of KRW 5 million (approximately PHP 197,000) and the opportunity to work on Belift Lab’s projects.
Belift Lab was founded in 2018 as a joint venture between CJ ENM and HYBE. In 2023, HYBE acquired full ownership of the agency.
