In an eight-minute vlog titled “Finding Out I’m Pregnant + Friends Reactions,” Bea revealed her pregnancy after taking a test with the support of online personality Toni Fowler, Alex Gonzaga, and her husband, Mikee Morada.
After finding out she’s pregnant, she immediately broke the news to her celebrity friend Andrea Brillantes, who said: “Wag ka kabahan. Nandito ako para sa’yo, (Don’t be nervous. I’m here for you) Bea.”
In the latter part of the vlog, the 22-year-old social media personality shared that she wanted to have a private moment with herself and her baby.
“I want to have this private moment with myself, kaya pina-email ko na yung gender (that’s why the gender of the baby has been emailed to me). Next week na yung gender reveal ko but I’ve been thinking about it na kasi and I just want to say kung girl ka man or boy, I will be the happiest as long as you’re safe and healthy,” she expressed.
“I want to say sorry to myself ’cause this isn’t how I imagined doing this, but I’m just so proud of myself because kaya ko, kinakaya ko (I can do it, I can handle it), and I love that you could be my biggest and greatest blessing that I could ask for in life,” she added.
While the actress admitted that she wasn’t ready, she would do everything in her power to be “the best mom.”
“I promise you and to everyone that gets to watch this in the future that I’d really really be the best mom. It’s true that I’m not ready, but I don’t think anyone or anything prepares you for motherhood,” she shared.
