After taking a break from showbiz following a number of controversies, Baron Geisler is ready for the next chapter of his life after announcing his engagement to his non-showbiz girlfriend, Jamie Marie Evangelista.

According to a report by PUSH, Baron met his fiancee in Cebu where he had been staying for the past year. They have been engaged for three months.
“She’s very patient sa akin. Alam niya kung paano ako templahin. Super happy ako kasi maalaga siya,” Baron said about her.
(“She’s very patient with me. She knows how to deal with me. I’m super happy because she takes care of me.”)
He also said that Jamie, who is a psychologist currently working as a freelance psycho-therapist at a rehab center, supported him in his darkest days. “When I had nothing, wala pa yung barber shop ko, nung walang-wala ako she supported me,” he said.
“Pagod na ako sa laro, sa pag-party. Gusto ko na ring magkaroon ng sariling pamilya,” he added.
(“When I had nothing, when I didn’t have my barber shop, when I was completely lost, she supported me.”)
(“I’m done playing games and partying. I want to raise a family.”)
The couple doesn’t know yet when they plan on getting married, but Baron hopes it to be within the next year.

Currently, Baron has taken on a role in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano and is taking care of his newest business venture in Cebu, a barber shop called Gents Barber, which can be found in Gaisano Country Mall.
“Ang buong pag-aakala ko wala na akong babalikan sa showbiz, kaya nagtayo na lang ako ng business,” he shared. “Ginamit kong puhunan yung konti kong namana at ibinenta ko yung Fortuner ko para makapagsimula. Kakabukas lang nung barber shop ko and so far it’s doing good naman.”
(“I thought that I had nothing to come back to in showbiz, which is why I set up a business instead. I used the savings I’ve inherited and sold my Fortuner to start. My barbershop just opened, and so far it’s doing well.”)
