For years now, Barbie has been inspiring the limitless potential in children, motivating them to be whoever they want to be. To further serve as a platform to empower children to make a positive impact, Barbie has launched a global campaign, You Can Be a Champion for Change.
Through this campaign, kids aged 5 to 12 years old are encouraged to share their ideas on how to inject positivity and make a change in today’s world. Whether it’s by being a good Ate or Kuya, by being more mindful for the environment, or by volunteering to help homeless pets or the less privileged; the sky is limitless.
Let your kids share how they plan to make this world a better place and they could get the chance to be mentored by SEA Barbie YCBA Campaign Mentors via Zoom.

Through this mentorship, kids will learn how to be more confident in speaking their minds and express their intentions through actions. This will also encourage better conversations at home and help you further explore your child’s interests. The mentorship also aims to sow seeds of empathy, caring, and compassion in children.
To join, simply buy any Barbie toys or consumer products worth 600 pesos and submit your receipt through the SEA Barbie YCBA microsite along with a drawing of your child’s idea on how to be a Champion for Change by May 15, 2022.

Selected SEA participants will then present their submissions to the judges via Zoom to win the once-in-a-lifetime mentorship. 1 kid champion will be chosen from the Philippines. Good luck and continue being a Champion of Change either way!
