The Bulalo Mami has noodles all the way from Bicol so you don’t get that funny taste from the usual mami noodles.  Its bulalo with a twist.  If you’re looking to warm yourself up without the overwheling big bulalo bowls and servings, this could satisfy that quick beef and bone marrow craving.

Since the place is a little after the Adventist University (going to Tagaytay), they have a lot of Adventist clients and Babanoks makes sure its food served is prepared according to their needs.  Which means there is a designted cooker for each kind of meat.
