Azumi Boutique Hotel, Alabang

Just a few minutes’ drive down South is this chic hotel showcasing 187 environmentally friendly designed rooms. Azumi is a Japanese word meaning “safe residences” and it will surely make you feel at home and relaxed once you book a stay with them.

Last January 24, 2014 Azumi Boutique Hotel finally opened its doors to the public. Located at the heart of Alabang in Madrigal Business Park, where Elorde Boxing Gym is also located, this hotel targets the modern travelers, yuppies and families who want to have a different kind of staycation. Azumi is just a walking distance from Alabang Town Center and Molito, as well.

Modern and Stylish wherever you look!

I was one of the lucky few who got to see first-hand what this hotel has to offer. The moment I saw its facade, I knew I was in for something different. I was fascinated by the colors and details which welcomed me as I entered their lobby. Indeed, anyone who will stay here will feel good and calm.

I was amazed by each of the rooms I entered, which were painted with earth tone colors and pops of orange. Each one was created with natural raw materials called ecocarat or “breathing tiles” which are designed to absorb humidity, foul odors and harmful substances.

Really love the coach! And the POP of orange!

From the Standard Rooms to the Superior Rooms, each one is equipped with its own mini kitchen (with its own microwave and refrigerator), a hot and cold (over-head) shower, a television and your own balcony to enjoy the city view.

I’m a fan of nice bathrooms. And this one did not disappoint! It’s so clean and fresh!

Your very own balcony

So, whether you are booking a Standard, Deluxe or Superior Room, you will still get the same amenities. The only difference is: the more upgraded your room is, the more space you get.

The Superior Rooms have a separate floor. They have a bigger balcony and they used artificial grass to add a touch of green to it.

Their very relaxing beds

All checked-in guests are entitled to daily breakfast (courtesy of Romulo’s Cafe), 2 bottles of mineral water (to be replenished daily) and use of their infinity lap pool.

The lap pool is also one of the reasons I got amazed by this hotel. It’s located on the top floor of the hotel showcasing a 360 degree view of the Alabang Skyline.

They also have a small yet spacious conference room just beside the pool where you can hold workshops/meetings/events. It’s nice to know that you can also experience the 360-degree view of the Alabang Skyline while you are having your event. 🙂

All in all, I love how Azumi utlilized  each space and made every room look spacious by adding glass doors to them.
