For One Night Only
When In Manila, Enderun Colleges is synonymous to being the Philippines’ best culinary arts and hospitality training institute. This Saturday, October 3rd, its culinary arts organization, Culinaire, will be hosting its first pop up restaurant event at The Open Space in Jupiter St, Makati City.
Entitled Aru Yoru, the event promises to offer one-of-a-kind modern Japanese fusion cuisine in a formal sit-down dinner format. Only 20 to 25 guests will be served during the 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM schedules, which adds to the exclusivity of the event.
The five-course meal is prepared by Enderun’s top culinary arts students, some of whom are regularly serving as chefs in private dinners through Plato.PH and other platforms. Here are some of the night’s offerings:
Sous vide beef short ribs, white camote croquette, watercress wasabi puree, beef jus, pickled beets, micro mizuna
At 1,200 pesos, Aru Yoru is a most affordable fine dining experience for those with discriminating taste. It is French-Japanese fusion done right. Well-thought and painstakingly executed, Culinaire is ready to delight your palette. Reserve your seats at 0917 811 6122 or through culinaire@enderuncolleges.com.
