After a lot of I’m-so-happy-and-full sighs moments, we topped things off with some coffee and dessert. I heard a lot of buzz about their dessert. For those who find Chef Fernando Aracama familiar, it might be from his part in Master Chef Pinoy Edition or his milk advertisements. It would just be right for him to advertise those achievements because his desserts are to die for!
Choc Nut Ice Cream (Php 120.00)
Yes! The very same choc nut we buy at our street sari-sari store. Very nostalgic!
Drumroll, please..
Dulce Gatas and Bunuelos (Php 240.00)
A tin can of decadent Dulce de leche (reminiscent of yema) and fried puffs (which felt like half-baked dough). Very light and fluffy. Perfect for that heaping dollop of Dulce. Definitely a must-try. Do not leave Aracama without trying this!
P.S. We had a lot of dulce left and yes, we took it home. We couldn’t resist. You gotta do what your tastebuds tell you to do!
So, whether you’re in the neighborhood craving some Filipino cuisine, want to have a good bottle of your beer or some shaken cocktails, or are PMS-ing for some dessert, visit Aracama by Chef Fern in BGC.
