Tagaytay is one of the best places you can spend 2016 in. While youโre at it, why not explore some of the hidden wonders Tagaytay has to offer, such as Aozora Japanese Cafe and Bistro.
Aozora Japanese Cafe and Bistroย is conveniently located along the highway so you can visit via private vehicle or public transportation. Itโs within the establishment of Domicillo Hotel and boasts of a breathtaking view of the Taal Volcano. I highly recommend you visit around 5PM-6PM to getย a perfect view of the sunset. I personally took about 30 minutes taking photos of myself and the sunset because it was gorgeous. So, if you ever decide to dine here, make sure you allot a little leeway for photo ops!

The Uni in the Chirashi was divine, and the Salmon was fresh and worked well with the Japanese rice.
