Comeback is real! The official trailer for “Ang Mutya ng Section E: The Dark Side” is finally here.

On November 18, Viva One uploaded the highly anticipated trailer across its social media platforms. In just four hours since its release, it garnered over 60,000 views on YouTube.
“The ones we love can hurt us the most,” the description read. “Secrets will rise from the past… ready to haunt the present.”
The trailer picks up right after the events of the first season, with Jasper Jean “Jay-Jay” Mariano forced to choose between following her heart and doing what’s best for her family.
Following the trailer’s official release, fans quickly expressed their excitement and applauded the cast for their exceptional acting.

Directed by Petersen Vargas, the popular digital series is headlined by Ashtine Olviga, Andres Muhlach, and Rabin Angeles. It also features Angela Muji, Andre Yllana, Heart Ryan, Sara Joe, Charles Law, Axel Torres, Keagan De Jesus, Ethan David, Frost Sandoval, Nic Galvez, Sam Shoaf, AJ Ferrer, Michael Keith, Kurt Delos Reyes, Martin Venegas, Kyosu Guinto, Daniel Ong, Yanyan De Jesus, Derick Ong, Alex Payan, Rafa Victorino, Jastine Lim, Zeke Polina, Rommel Luna, Yayo Aguila, Joko Diaz, Nathalie Hart, Billy Villeta, Austin Dizon, Jeffrey Hidalgo, Taneo, Rhen Escaño and Nanette Inventor.
The popular youth-oriented series is based on the Wattpad story of the same title by Filipino author Lara Flores (Eatmore2behappy). Released in January 2025, the show immediately garnered a strong following and became a hit among casual viewers.
