Amnesty International, better known as AI, is a global human rights movement started in 1961 by Peter Benenson.
Having over 7 million members and supporters in over 150 countries including the Philippines, AI is the world’s largest human rights movement.
Amnesty International Philippines at UP Baguio is inviting everyone to this year’s Amnestreats! Amnestreats is AI UP Baguio’s annual Income Generating Project where all proceeds will be used for funding their human rights campaigns and projects. Some of their campaigns include Write for Rights – a letter-writing campaign for human rights victims addressed to the government.
This year, Amnestreats will be featuring classic fan favorite sweets—Graham Balls and Ice Scramble—that are sure to make you want for more!
