Actress and digital creator Isabelle Daza recently celebrated a significant humanitarian milestone, bringing a clean water facility to a remote community in Tanay, Rizal.

Sharing the achievement across her social media accounts, Daza revealed the completed infrastructure in the village of Ave Maria—a Gawad Kalinga community—calling it her most meaningful achievement to date.
“I want to show you guys my biggest flex to date… It’s not a bag, it’s not a watch. It’s a water pump,” Daza remarked during her video tour.

The project traces back to a visit in late November 2025, where Daza observed the village’s lack of basic utilities. Moved by the residents’ daily struggle to secure drinkable water, she pledged to return with a long-term solution.
“Tulad po ng pinangako ko last year… Sinabi natin na sobrang hirap umahon sa buhay kapag wala tayong mga basic necessities tulad ng malinis na tubig,” Daza said.
“Last year we said we wanted to give them clean water and potable water. So, here it is. I’m so happy!” the 38-year-old actress expressed.

Developed in collaboration with the non-profit group Waves For Water, the newly constructed system utilizes a solar-powered submersible pump alongside filtration units and elevated storage tanks. The setup allows clean, drinkable water to flow directly to tap systems without needing to be boiled first.
“It’s so fulfilling to see the community’s happy with water. You know it’s something we take for granted, honestly. I love that we were able to do this,” Daza said.

In addition to the central pump, the team installed piping to bring running water directly into local homes and sanitation facilities. This eliminates the need for residents—many of whom previously had to carry heavy buckets across difficult terrain—to manually haul their daily supply.

According to Daza, the water project is merely the first phase of a broader development plan for Ave Maria. She outlined upcoming goals for the community, including building a resource center with internet access to support student learning and foster local livelihood initiatives.
