Lobster, Caviar, and Foie Gras—We Tried Morton’s The Steakhouse’s New Decadent Offerings

Morton’s The Steakhouse may be known for its sumptuous steaks, but it wants you to know there are more reasons to visit than just its USDA Prime signature dishes.

A concept born in Chicago in 1978 and now operating in 65 locations around the globe, Morton’s The Steakhouse was brought to the Philippines by The Bistro Group. It opened in BGC on December 2024, and since then has solidified its place as one of Metro Manila’s hottest steakhouses. Its signature dishes—like the New York Strip and Ribeye—paired with the best wine from its extensive selection draw foodies in from all around, and outside, the Metro.

But this 2026, Morton’s The Steakhouse is elevating its dining experience even further with some of the most luxurious additions, and we got to try them all. Here are Morton’s The Steakhouse’s newest offerings that you need to try ASAP.

French Oscietra Caviar

Served on top of an ice tower with mist streaming off of it for added flair, Morton’s The Steakhouse’s new French Oscietra Caviar is the ultimate definition of luxury. It’s lightly nutty, with each bite offering a burst of delicate brininess from the buttery pearls. Any seafood lover will surely enjoy this.

The caviar also comes served with bruschetta and accoutrements (egg whites and yolks, crème fraîche, and chopped scallions and onions) so you can create your own perfect bite.

Seared Foie Gras

Another distinguished French addition, the Seared Foie Gras is a “masterclass in textural contrast.” Expertly seared to achieve a delicate golden crust, the buttery interior offers a refined balance of richness and brightness.

Accompanying the foie gras is a serving of fresh arugula with orange segments and pickled onions, dressed in balsamic glaze—a small mixture that offers a refreshing contrast to the rich taste and texture of the foie gras. Served alongside warm, buttered bruschetta, this dish is a complete sensory experience.

And for anyone looking for a truly decadent meal, this offering is also available as an enhancement to any steak or entrée, adding a layer of pure indulgence to every bite.

Whole Baked Lobster

Tender, buttery, and perfectly baked—this 36-ounce Whole Baked Lobster is a must-order at Morton’s The Steakhouse. Prepared Thermidor-style, a familiar dish is made uniquely scrumptious with beurre blanc, Swiss cheese, and clarified butter that complement the tender and succulent lobster meat. Every bite is a pleasure. This Whole Baked Lobster was a hit at our table and will surely be at yours, too.

Classic Morton’s The Steakhouse Dishes

Aside from its newest offerings, we could not pass on some of Morton’s The Steakhouse’s classic, best-selling dishes. The Lobster Bisque was a perfect appetizer—sweet and salty, warm and comforting. For entrées, we had the New York Strip and Ribeye—both so tender and full of flavor. For sides, we loved the Truffle Cream Corn, Jumbo Grilled Asparagus, Creamed Spinach, and Garlic Rice. It’s so easy for side dishes to seem like an afterthought when it comes to flavor, but that isn’t the case here. Everything was just as good as the rest. (The Garlic Rice and Truffle Cream Corn were especially favorites.)

And, as always, do leave room for dessert. The Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake and Legendary Sundae both live up to their names.
