The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Quezon City Campus is proud to announce its highly anticipated Grand Entrepreneurship Week, taking place from May 5 to 9, 2025. Guided by the theme “Innovate, Connect, Empower: Shaping the Future Together,” this week-long celebration promises to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit among students and the community.
Organized by the Youth Entrepreneurs Society (YES), the event will feature a vibrant lineup of activities designed to foster bold ideas, meaningful connections, and the power of teamwork. Students and aspiring entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to showcase their leadership skills, expand their networks, and gain valuable insights into the dynamic world of business.

The festivities will kick off on May 5 with INNOVATE, featuring a thrilling Family Feud competition and an intense Idea Pitch Battle—encouraging participants to think critically, pitch innovative business ideas, and work collaboratively.
On May 8, the theme CONNECT will take over with a dynamic seminar and workshop series led by industry experts. One of the featured speakers is Mr. Rico Rono, owner of WMES Protector and a content creator, who will share how networking opened doors for him early in his business journey. Alongside the talks, there will be lively outdoor fair activities, providing excitement for the students.
The week will culminate on May 9 with EMPOWER, starting with a General Assembly featuring an inspiring talk by Mr. John Crist Berso, owner of Braided Personality—one of today’s top costume jewelry brands. This will be followed by fun and engaging team-building activities to boost camaraderie and teamwork among members. To wrap up the day, there will be an After Celebration—a time to reflect on our wins, build stronger bonds over a classic boodle fight, and celebrate the unstoppable spirit of entrepreneurship.
“This Grand Entrepreneurship Week will not only celebrate student innovation but also strengthen the entrepreneurial culture we are continuously building at PUPQC,” said Marivic Salomon, President of YES.
Grand Entrepreneurship Week 2025 is more than just a series of events—it’s the start of something big for the next generation of business leaders. The entire PUPQC community, alumni, sponsors, and partners are warmly invited to join and support this celebration of ideas, collaboration, and empowerment.
