Amid a Luzon-wide lockdown that discourages citizens from leaving their homes, more and more households are relying on food deliveries for their daily meals.
Sadly, it’s inevitable that some people will cancel their orders at the last minute, forcing the drivers to pay for the meals with their own money. While this scenario has happened occasionally in the past, there’s probably no worse time for it to happen than during a public health crisis.
And so Order Hero was created — a public Facebook group wherein drivers of GrabFood, Foodpanda, LalaFood, and Angkas Food can post their canceled orders for anyone to buy.
