After host Joyce Pring dropped the news on social media that she and boyfriend Juancho Trivino are officially engaged to be married, she has asked her co-host on GMA News show 24 Oras Mel Tiangco to be a Ninang to her wedding while on live television.
“My mom told me I could be anything so I became makapal ang [mukha] and asked Ms. Mel Tiangco to be our Ninang on live television right beside Ninong Igan,” she said in the caption of her photo on Instagram which shows her taking Mel’s hand to request a blessing from her.
Joyce revealed her engagement on her social media on Wednesday, November 27, which she says already took place back on August 3, 2019, during a family trip to Boracay. Since then, she said she has been traveling to different places, attending wedding dress fittings and food tastings, and taking care of other wedding preparations.
