Comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto definitely isn’t one to stop herself from indulging in luxurious high-heeled shoes, now that she’s much more well-off than before.
Looking back at her childhood, Rufa Mae revealed in an Instagram post that she always had to make do with a single pair of worn-out shoes. Now, she has a pair of pumps for any and every occasion!
“Wala akong sapatos [noong] bata ako hanggang 15 years old! Going to school, laging butas swelas ko dahil wala [akong] pamasahe. Walk lang ng walk ako!” she said.

She also shared that she would always make sure to reward herself with a new pair of shoes every time she earned a new project and explained that she preferred shoes that were branded because of their quality. “Matibay [ang] mga shoes na may brand kasi nadapa ako sa hagdanan when I had a show [in the] Year 2000 [and] naputol shoes ko na Gucci Shoes pero buhay pa din s’ya kahit super tagal na.”
She admitted in another post that this is only half of her collection.
