Sarah Geronimo has another award to add to her growing collection of trophies, as the singer was named Best Filipino Act at the Daf BAMA Music Awards.
The Daf BAMA Music Awards is an “international multicultural music award show presented by Daf Entertainment based in Hamburg, Germany,” that honors “artists from all over the world and at the same time unite the world with something as beautiful as music.”
The awarding was held on November 17 at the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany.
Geronimo joins other winners like Indonesia’s Anggun, and South Korea’s G-Dragon and EXO.
The singer was also recognized as the Best Asian Artist at the Mnet Asian Music Awards in 2012, Best Southeast Asian Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2014, Best Selling Filipino Artist at the World Music Awards in 2014, and Best Asian Performer at Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards in 2016.
Locally, she was recognized at the Awit Awards, Aliw Awards, Myx Music Awards, the FAMAS Awards, and many more.
Geronimo is also nominated for the Best Philippine Artist Award at the Golden Panther Awards.
