And while they splurge you with their thick slices of meat and vast servings of seafood and pasta, they balance this out with their choices of greens in their salad bar.

The experience starts off with premium ingredients that ultimately become the heart of their menu. They have the coveted Filet Mignon (which I hardly ever hear or see except when I watch Masterchef!), the fancied Canadian Beef Ribs, to name a few. They have Baby Back Ribs, Salmon, and Lamb Chops which are included in their set tapas. They’ve also set ala carte dishes for those who want to enjoy the meal on its own.
This spaghetti carbonara is prepared with egg yolks, the classic way.
Among my favorites were the Paella which had succulent seafood elements, the tender Ribeye steak that was perfectly seasoned, and the Mussels Marineiere paired with a crisp bread ideal for dipping.
