Liezel shares her experience when she went home at night in Davao City. She rode a cab and when she got home, while she was looking for her house keys, she noticed that her cab driver was watching her and did not drive off immediate after her drop off. She recalls a story of how Davao taxi drivers delay leaving in order to keep the girls/women safe until they get inside their house.
The driver confirmed that it was Mayor Duterte who ordered them to make sure that the lady passengers will enter safely in their houses before they leave.

Dapat kasi tinuturo ito ng mga magulang sa kanilang mga lalaķing anak dahil this doesnt apply to taxi drivers only.
Yung pagbabago kasi wala sa leader nasa collective behavior ng mga tao. Kahit na lagyan mo ng iron fist leader, it will only work while he is in power….pag-alis niya ganun pa rin ang bayan.
