Rumors Circulating: Who will be responsible for Pia’s dress? Many Filipino designers’ names were being brought up: Michael Cinco, Albert Andrada and Francis Libiran to name some. Though there are no confirmation yet on which designer will hold this incredible honor. There is no verification as well if this is the dress itself.
What we know: GMA reported from Pia’s presscon last November that nothing has been set in stone yet but what Pia can tell the press was “It will be a Filipino designer”
