Oh my gosh… Look at These Buns! : Bon Appetit from Bun Appetit

When in Manila, how do you feel about ordering food on Instagram? How about Seafood restaurants? Well, Bun Appetit is both! (sorta)

Well, it’s not actually new nowadays to sell food online but these buns are just too amazing to miss in the “online food” market. I mean hello, JUST LOOK AT THEM.

 

Delectable shrimp, lobster and crab meat stuffed in these soft buns. 

 

Most of the time they do their deliveries on Saturdays but if you prefer to have it on a weekday, they can work something out. The condition is that you order it three days before Saturday (that’s a Wednesday), so make sure you predict your craving right, if that’s possible.

Sometimes Lawrence, the owner of Bun Appetit, delivers the food  himself.

Since delivering buns from one place to another takes time and effort, Bun Appetit requests that you order 3 or more buns (same or mixed) / food items to make sure your craving is completely satisfied.

You can also add noodles or corn to your rolls. The grilled corn counters the soft and “tame” taste of the rolls with its cheesy and chili contrast.  

 

Bun Appetit also delivers Mexican grilled corn and Garlic noodles for 100 Php each

These Rolls are a definite must-try. I like eating mine with a side of Lays Barbecue chips and juice.

Crab Roll 395 Php

 

The buns are not your typical flaky and dry buns, the texture and taste is similar to that of french toast. 

 

 

 

 

 

The generous serving of  crab/shrimp/lobster filling in the middle captures the taste of a fresh catch in the morning. It’s seafood comfort food at its finest! Overall, it’s a delight you’ll be addicted to.
