I never imagined having vegetables for breakfast, but there was a day when I received a vegetable wrapped tortilla, and that put me off for a moment. You can tell that everything was made with the labor of love. Chef Liza single-handedly prepares everything herself. From the delectable cooking, to the extensive wrapping of each meal, everything exudes TLC – something like that of a packed lunch a mother prepares for her kid’s first day of school!

As expected, I still had a generous amount of salad servings, but I was introduced to a variety of new and exciting food that I definitely loved.  She made me a firm believer of the plant-based diet and inspired me to make cleaner choices. Though I didn’t feel as stuffed, I would still recommend it to those who want to make the shift. If you’re used to a heavy diet, be mindful that it is a drastic change, though; being vegetarian doesn’t happen overnight.
