If you’re a frequent party-goer in Manila, the name Quintino, whose real name is Quinten van den Berg, probably rings a bell. After his successful 2018 New Year’s Eve shindig at Valkyrie, the Dutch electro house DJ and producer returned to the country months after to deliver another one-of-a-kind performance, which was made extra and visually entertaining by the lights of Xylo.

According to DJ Mag Philippines, Quintino’s mother is a half-Filipina! In another article from DJ Mag, he shares: “Well, something you don’t know about me is that I always go home after a tour straight to my mom’s place and eat some of her homemade chicken at my place or hers. It’s my tradition of coming home and it never disappoints.”

4. He started DJ-ing at 18.

This DJ is not only admired for being good-looking, but also for being an inspiration to the youth. He started at 18 and then debuted as a resident DJ at Drai’s Las Vegas Nightclub and Beach Club, one of the most-visited clubs in Vegas. From there, he continued ranking up to the Top 100 DJs of DJ Mag.

3.  He says Manila is his second home.

Quintino has worked closely with other favorite music makers such as Tiësto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, Afrojack, and Hardwell. His 2018 releases, including his collaboration with Steve Aoki titled “Mayhem”, are all getting more than 70 million streams on Spotify alone!
