It’s no surprise that Nievara is steeped in music. He’s the son of noted singer and songwriter Martin Nievera. Apart from being a radio DJ, Robin is also a musician, writer, and producer. How can you not fall in love with this guy?
9. Joco Loco (MOR 101.9)
Joco Loco is the host of the show My Only Request, where you can send in your song requests for him to play. Our request: go out on a date with us?
8. Papa Bol (Barangay LS 97.1)
His stage name is right: this guy is papable. He also has the body to prove it as he’s a frequent gymgoer. He’s the host of the show Wanted Sweetheart, where listeners can find The One. One question, though. Can Papa Bol be The One?
7. Rico Robles (Monster RX 93.1)
Robles can be seen and heard on radio, on TV, on the stage, the ring, and the cage, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Robles has been in the radio industry for quite some time and we hope he’ll be around much longer. We want to see more of that dashing face!
6. DJ Leo (Mellow 94.7)
DJ Leo looks like your typical geek with his cute smile and his love for video games and board games, but he has a different side to him, too. He likes to work out, which is obvious when you see how big his biceps are. He’ll love you and protect you? We’re down with that.
5. Gabe Roberto (99.5 Play FM)
Roberto has a boy-next-door charm that will make you want to introduce him to your mom right away. Don’t let his innocent smile fool you, though. The boy is buff and you can check out his workout videos on his YouTube channel. It’s the best of both worlds with this guy!
4. Dino Kilates (Wave 89.1)
This former Candy Cutie is all grown up. He’s traded his boy next door look for something manlier, complete with a full beard and gigs in some of the best clubs in town. Both looks suit him well and we’ll take him in any form. Maybe it’s time to call him a Candy Hottie instead?
3. Boys Night Out (Magic 89.9)
Of course, the list of the cutest male radio DJs wouldn’t be complete without the boys of Boys Night Out: Sam YG, Slick Rick, and Tony Toni. All the boys bring something different to the table and they make a great and hilarious collective. Our idea of a perfect date would be to go out with all of them but we don’t think we can handle the awesomeness that would ensue.
2. Rico Panyero (101.1 Yes the Best)
Rico Panyero’s matinee idol looks guarantee him in our top 5. Seriously, it’s not that hard to imagine him in a teleserye with any of the actresses in the showbiz industry. It looks like he has the acting chops to go with his looks since he has a lot of hilarious skits on YouTube. A handsome face and a great sense of humor? We’ll swipe right on him right away.
1. Steven Silva (Jam 88.3)
Silva is fairly new to radio but come on, look at that face. Silva has charmed us in his previous role as actor, in shows like Starstruck, Koreana, Coffee Prince, and The Boston. Now we’ll only hear him on the radio so we’re happy that he’s active on Instagram so we can still see his face. He’s also in a relationship with a fellow DJ (Candy Gamos, who is also included in our other list), but hey, we’ll take what we can get!
