When I interviewed Filipino fashion designer Martin Bautista, he cited the quote above as his favorite quote on style and fashion. That quote often reminds me of fashion blogger Kryz Uy.
Kryz is very fashionable, but not in an alienating way. When I look at fashion editorials, I notice how most of them are interesting to look at, but the clothes are neither functional nor comfortable. Sometimes, famous fashion bloggers’ OOTD’s tend to be like the said editorials. But not Kryz. She’s stylish, polished, but always relatable.
Since school is about to start for some college students, we’re coming up with a blog series on back to school outfit pegs from our favorite fashion bloggers.

Which of these 23 outfits are your favorites? Mine is #7! I used to think that I wouldn’t ever wear bomber jackets, because they look too…athletic. I’m more of heels>sneakers and blazers>sweaters. But the color of Kryz’s bomber jacket looks so dainty, especially when she paired it with the gold-colored watch and specs!
