Give your BFFs a call or, if you’re feeling up for it, hey, have a nice quiet dinner on your own. After all, nothing says “I’m independent” more than that!

So here, we’ve come up with a list of our personal favorites around Makati. Our go-to places for when you just need a good night (or day) out with good friends who are just like you—single, free, and loving it.

9. The non-brownie by Bucky’s

Is it a brownie? Is it a cake? We’re not really sure, although the owners of Bucky’s have described it to be like a lovechild of the two. That non-brownie (with different flavors available) when topped with their oh-so-good soft serve ice cream and syrup drizzle is the perfect balance of sweet with a kick of salty—just like you.
