From brunches to lunches, dinners, and late-night grub, deciding on where to eat in this city often becomes a challenge, not because of the lack of good options but the opposite—there are just so many. And it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a date—who says you need romance to enjoy all these places? This city is yours for the taking. Give your BFFs a call or, if you’re feeling up for it, hey, have a nice quiet dinner on your own. After all, nothing says “I’m independent” more than that!

10. Chicken skin at Tambai
Seriously, who doesn’t love chicken skin. And Tambai’s just stands out. Partner it up with their signature kimchi rice and a bottle of beer and you got yourself a good meal. The casual street-side setting of Tambai (with stacks of beer cases as table-base) has got inuman session all over it, perfect for catching up with friends.

9. The non-brownie by Bucky’s

Is it a brownie? Is it a cake? We’re not really sure, although the owners of Bucky’s have described it to be like a lovechild of the two. That non-brownie (with different flavors available) when topped with their oh-so-good soft serve ice cream and syrup drizzle is the perfect balance of sweet with a kick of salty—just like you.
