Yes, it’s confirmed!
The Philippines will be the venue for Miss Universe 2017 beauty pageant.
This was confirmed by Department of Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo. According to a tweet from ABS-CBN News:

Miss Universe beauty pageant was held for the first time in the Philippines in 1974. During that time, Miss Universe 1973 Margarita Moran crowned Amparo Muñoz of Spain. In 1994, we hosted the beauty pageant once again with Charlene Gonzales representing our country. At that time, India’s Sushmita Sen was crowned by Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres.
In 2017, our very own, Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, will crown her successor.
