Onda Valkeyrie V712: Budget tablet for those on the go

Camera: It has a… camera. That’s it. I don’t think I would need to go any further to describe this aspect. If I continue explaining in a long path, you’d just get bored waiting for the honest summary or anything I’d be saying to save the camera’s performance. But no, let’s get straight to the point and no wasting time. The camera is below average. It’s better than those old cellphone cameras from a few years before the iPhone. But let’s be honest, the camera is pretty bland. Colors are flushed, photos get pixels from here and there, some areas of the photos show weird color contrasts and changes. Sending the photos to my iPad or Samsung Galaxy SIII really does show how the camera performs below average. If you plan on getting a budget tab for your Instagram or Facebook photo postings, I’d prefer that you sit this one out from your choices.

Speed/Performance: Performance wise, transitioning from page to page was pretty good. No signs of lags, as long as not much apps are running in the background. To be honest, I expected much worse performance speeds than what I experienced. It’s not speedy nor perfectly seamless. Nevertheless, for a China brand Android tablet, the Android OS fluidity wasn’t bad at all. Lags and stuck-ups could only be experienced when too many apps are demanding on the RAM

Overall, I’d really consider the Onda Valkeyrie V712 if seeking a tab on a budget. It’s worth the money and is really at a good price point for a tablet. The Onda Valkeyrie V712 can be purchased locally for P7,999.00
