As you enter and get seated, you get to choose two soup bases of your preference.
For broth, choose from pork, chicken, fish, vegetable or sinigang. For the mix, you have tomato paste, chinese herb, szechuan mala, sate or sukiyaki.
Then you’re off to the various sections of food thats all for your taking – all of it.

I certainly love the vegetable portion with all the freshness. It’s like its okay I’m eating a lot, if it has healthy stuff in it.
 These noodles are made to be topped with homemade dumplings and meatballs. Yummy.
The sliced meats are for the win, with beef short ribs, beef striploin, beef shortplate, pork jowls, pork neck, pork belly and lamb as your choices.
Four seasons beverage portion has a lot of choices too.
Including sake!
And whats any buffet in the Philippines without Japanese.
And sweets.
Plus appetizers.
Seafood, meat, vegetarian, sweets, they’ve got it. Here’s my plate – feeling healthy. And although my date and I came out super full, it didn’t feel that guilty. Or that’s just me making an excuse.
