Zanjoe Marudo and Ria Atayde revealed the gender of their first child during the recent surprise baby shower thrown by their loved ones and friends.

Their close friend, Lino Diño-Seguerra, announced the exciting news, revealing they’re expecting a baby boy. She also mentioned that the expected birth date is close to her husband, Ice Seguerra’s birthday, which is in September.
“It’s a boy for our baby sister Sophia Atayde. Patay kabirth month ni Ice ang magiging baby mo [Oh no, your baby will have the same birth month as Ice]. Good luck! Hahaha. Lab yu [love you] sis!” she captioned.

The couple also shared several posts of their beloved friends and family from the event on their Instagram Stories.
Ria and Zanjoe announced that they’re expecting their first child in June. They tied the knot in a civil ceremony in March.
