Yael Yuzon surprised his wife, Karylle Tatlonghari, with a second proposal on “It’s Showtime, ahead of their 10th wedding anniversary!
On February 26, Karylle celebrated the success of the rock opera ballet “Rama Hari,” in which she reprised the role of Sita. Her “It’s Showtime” family congratulated her, including her husband, who made a surprise appearance at the noontime show.
The Sponge Cola frontman took the chance to reflect on their 10-year marriage and proposed to Karylle again.

“Magti-ten years na kami na kasal. And alam mo, yung thing kasi with me, kasal na kayo ng ten years, parang mas naa-analyze mo yung mga things through the ups and downs, mostly ups, pero sa mga downs mas naa-analyze mo yung mga things,” he said.
“Tapos kung sigurado ka back then, mas sigurado ka na now kasi meron na tayong ten years together. Pero meron akong hindi nagawa before. So, Iโm gonna do it now.”
He knelt in front of the singer-host and pulled out a box, “Will you marry me again?” Karylle happily said yes! Then, they sang a duet of Sponge Cola’s “Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay.”

Yael also revealed that the first time he proposed was in his car in the exact spot where they had their first kiss, emphasizing they’re not really into “big gestures.”
“First time ko yatang gumawa anything like this in my life, I think ha,” he added.
Yael and Karylle have yet to announce details about their second wedding. They first tied the knot in a private ceremony in Cavite in March 2014.
