Playland is found on top of an arcade, in the middle of a mall.
That’s it. There’s not much more to say about Playland that can’t be summed up in that one sentence. Need a follow-up activity to the game? Get in the Playland arcade. Gotta buy some groceries or buy some new kicks or accessories? Go downstairs to Fisher Mall. There’s not much else to say about Playland except that it’s conveniently located, with more than enough stuff to keep you occupied before or after you play. It’s the casual player’s dream.
