Do you miss Steve and Joe from the good old days of Blue’s Clues? Guess what: the two hosts are returning for the first episode of the rebooted show called Blues Clues & You, starring Joshua Dela Cruz!

The original Blue’s Clues followed an animated blue-spotted dog named Blue as she leaves a trail of clues for her friend Steve (and later his brother Joe) and the viewers, so they could figure out what she wants to do for the day.
The news of a reboot was announced in 2018, when Nickelodeon announced casting for the host. Over a thousand people applied, with the role being awarded to Dela Cruz, a Fil-Am actor who was part of the ensemble and was Aladdin’s understudy in the Broadway production of Aladdin.
Dela Cruz will be playing Josh, a cousin of Steve, who is now an agent, and Joe, who works at a gift shop.
Blue’s Clues & You will premiere on November 11, 2019.
